The Locomotive on Watson street is a friendly pub with a great atmoshere and are kind enough to let me play there regularly and indeed have taken over their music completely now.

Wednesdays is the Open Mic where everyone is welcome to come along and sing, play an instrument and hopefully just enjoy a night of entertainment. Sarah also puts on a free supper and a raffle. Everyone is welcome and it is of course free entry.

Friday is the Karaoke which currently has over 1000 songs but in the very near future that should be over 3000. Again it is open to all ages and id free entry so come along and be a star for 15 minutes.

Saturdays there is live music in the way of theme nights on the 19th of January is a Counry rock night and on the 26th is a Beatles night. Just to give you an idea of the type of thing that goes on.

Sundays is a Jam session with free supper and again is open to all. Come along and join in with singing or play an instrument or just sit back and enjoy the music. This starts six o'clock every sunday.

The pub itself serves food everyday and has it's own darts team and pool team. There is a social league on Monday nights and has a selection of largers and real ales.
